Multiple Mailboxes/Extensions
Each mailbox is assigned it's own extension so each department or key person within your company has their own personal extension.

Each mailbox can be programmed with as many Follow-Me-Live Call Transfer numbers as needed until we reach the appropriate party to take the call live, or you can set up your extension as a voicemail box where your caller will be able to leave you a message. Mailboxes can even be programmed to forward to you during business hours only, and after hours the caller could be sent to voicemail. Allow Call Redirect
Allow Call Redirect expands on the Call Announce feature. Allow Call Redirect will announce the call as normal, but then it will enable a menu that will give you options on what to do with the call:
- Press 1 to accept the call
- Press 2 to put the call on hold
- Press 3 to forward the call to the next number in your sequence
- Press 4 to forward this call to voicemail
- Press 5 to disconnect the caller
- Press 6 to re-identify the caller
- Press 7 to transfer the caller to another phone number

Announce Then Connect
The Announce Then Connect feature works with our Call Whisper and Call Announce features and will announce the call as normal, but then it will not wait for a key to be pressed, it will just connect the caller to you live.

Automated Attendant/Greeting
When a caller dials your toll free number, the custom main greeting plays a recorded message giving the caller different options to choose from. This is the first thing a caller will hear when calling your toll free number. This is a great place to welcome callers and direct them throughout your system. For example:
"Thank you for calling ABC Company. Dial 1 for sales, 2 for customer support, 8 for the dial-by-name directory, or 0 for the operator."
This feature eliminates the need for you to hire a secretary to answer and route calls.

Call Announce
Call Announce is used in conjunction with the Follow-Me-Live Call Transfer feature. It allows you to name your mailboxes, so when you get a call you know what mailbox or department the call is coming from.
Example:
A caller dials in to your toll free number, and they are instructed to dial one for the sales department. When the caller dials one there will be a recording that says:
"Please hold while we transfer you to sales"
The only thing that you will record in that sentence is sales, the "Please hold while we transfer you to" is provided by default. The caller will then hear on-hold music, while we try to find you. When you pick up the phone, you will hear a recording that says:
"You have a call from sales, dial any key to accept this call."
If you choose to take the call you will dial a key, if not, the caller will be sent to voicemail where they can leave you a message.

Call Back / Pager Notification
With your toll-free system, you have 5 different ways to get your messages:
Call your toll-free number directly
- Receive a page and then call your toll-free number directly
- Have your system call you and play the message that was left.
- Have the message delivered to your email address as an attachement
- Log into our WebLINK control panel and listen to the message through your PC.
Paging numbers can be added through the phone or through WebLINK control panel and has the sophistication that if special codes or extensions must be dialed to complete a page, the system will dial them for you automatically.
Call Back tracks you down similar to Follow-Me-Live Call Transfer where it will dial the numbers you are available on in the sequence you've specified through the phone or through WebLINK but in this case delivers a message to you. If it can't find you at any of your numbers it will continue to try back. This is a great alternative to paging.
This feature is included with every mailbox and can be used in combination with paging so that if we can't find you by phone, we'll page you to let you know there's a message waiting for you.

Call Blocking / Call Limiting
Allows you to block any particular number(s) from calling your toll-free number or allows only certain number(s) to access your toll-free number.
Call Blocking
With the call blocking list you can use area code, area code with exchange, or the entire number.
- Block all calls beginning with a particular area code.
- Block specific 10-digit phone numbers.
- Block all calls within a specific area code and prefix.
Call Allow
The call allow list will ONLY allow certain area codes, area codes with exchanges, or entire numbers to call your toll free number
- Allow calls beginning with a specific area code only.
- Only allow calls from specific 10-digit phone numbers.
- Allow calls from within specific area code and prefixes.

Call Transfer
Transfer callers between mailboxes just like a large corporate phone system. While on a connected call, you can transfer your customer to another department or employee's extension. For example, a support rep in Boston can transfer a caller to a sales rep in Los Angeles. The process is totally seamless to the caller so they'll think both reps work in the same office.

Call Whisper
Call Whisper is used alongside the Follow-Me-Live Call Transfer feature. It is used to find out who is calling before the call is accepted. You can turn this feature on or off for any of your mailboxes.
Example:
A caller dials in to your toll free number, and they are instructed to dial one to speak with a customer support representative. When the caller dials one there will be a default recording, which says:
"To tell your party who's calling, please say your name after the tone and press any key when finished."
The caller will then hear on-hold music, while we try to find you. When you pick up the phone, you will hear a recording that says:
"You have a call from John Smith, dial any key to accept this call."
If you choose to take the call you will dial a key, if not the caller will be sent to voicemail where they can leave you a message.

Caller ID with Time Stamping
We capture the telephone number of every call into your toll-free number and make it easy for you to retrieve, even if the number is blocked. We use Automatic Number Identification or ANI, a call capture feature that is similar to caller ID but can not be blocked. We will then notify you of the information by pager, phone call, or by Email. For an additional 10¢ per lookup, you can also view the caller's full name and address!
- Be able to reach your prospects - a captured number is usually where your caller can be found.
- Capture and call your nervous prospects that have hung up without leaving you a message.

Follow-Me-Live Call Transfer
This service tracks you down at your home, office, cell or just about anywhere to deliver a caller to you. It announces the name of the caller and lets you choose to talk to the person or send them to voice mail. You can even select times of day and days of the week for taking calls on a particular number.
- Never miss a call - being available to your customers can mean the difference between getting the sale or not.

Hold Feature
You can dial the star (*) key at anytime while talking to a caller live. This will put your caller on-hold with music. Once you're ready to take the call back, you simply dial the star (*) key to reconnect!

The list of extensions feature is often used by companies who have several people or employees utilizing the system. Question and Answer Mailbox
The Question and Answer feature allows you to record multiple questions, each followed by a beep in order to get an answer. This can be set up on any of your mailboxes. This is great for 24/7 automated order taking!
"In order to get your order processed most efficiently please answer the following questions. After answering each question dial any key to continue on to the next question."
- First question - "What is your name? Please dial any key to continue on to the next question." The caller will then hear a beep, respond to your question and then dial any key to continue on to the next question.
- Second question - "What is your address? Please dial any key to continue on to the next question." There is no limit to the number of questions you can ask.

Email Message Delivery
E-mail has become one of the most powerful ways of communicating in today's society. Why not have all of your fax messages and voicemail messages delivered right to your inbox? You can check all of your fax and voicemail messages in real time, from anywhere in the world, without having to pay a per minute fee! Messages and faxes show up as attachments on the emails we send you and can be double clicked to open. Voice messages are sent as attachments in .wav, .mp3 or .wma format and can be played, stopped, started and saved on your computer. Fax messages can be viewed, printed and saved as well.
Email Message Delivery is included with WebLINK, but can also be purchased as a stand-alone feature with our VPBX-LITE or VPBX-PRO systems.

Fax Send
With Fax Send, you have the ability to send faxes without the use of a fax machine. There are two ways to send a fax:
• Download our FaxFreedom software to install a printer on your PC that allows you to print any file type to any fax machine. For example, if you have prepared a Word document that you would like to fax out, simply select file-print and select FaxFreedom. You will then be asked to enter the fax number of the receiver. It''s that easy!
• Use WebLINK to browse documents on your computer and select the one to fax out. We support most every popular office and image file formats including Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Photoshop and more.

Dial-by-Name Directory
Dial-by-Name allows you to offer your callers access to the party they are trying to reach by having them dial in part of that person's name. Using this feature allows you to avoid having to list numerous extensions for them to choose from and has the added benefit for smaller companies of giving the appearance of larger size.

After-Hours Greeting
After-hours greeting lets your callers know when you're not in the office. Have a separate greeting play before your main menu greeting after your operating hours. Callers can still navigate throughout your system, listening to product information, requesting "Fax Back" documents, go through your "Automated Order Taking" and more but they will know not to expect a live person or get a call back until next business day.

Dedicated Fax Number
A dedicated fax number allows you to have a separate toll-free number to use solely for receiving incoming faxes. The dedicated fax feature gives you the same functionality as our Fax Mail feature, but with a separate, randomly generated toll-free number.
Additionally, if you have Email Message Delivery or WebLINK you can have the faxes conveniently emailed directly to you. When using dedicated fax, you can select any of your mailboxes to be designated to receive the incoming faxes.

Voice Blaster
Voice Blaster lets you take any voice mail recording that you or your callers have made and turn it into an outbound call or an outbound email. The message you create can be blasted to a list of phone numbers you provide and you can choose whether you want the message delivered only to answering machines, to live callers or both.
Similarly the voice mail recording can be used to create an email with the voice mail recording as an attachment and then easily sent to a list of email addresses you provide. Each recipient can double click the attached recording and listen to it directly on their computer. Each recipient is sent a separate email.

Call Queuing
Don't risk losing any of your callers to voicemail when they're expecting to speak with a live representative! With Call Queuing, you can now have your callers stay in a queue until you or the next representative is able to take their call. If you choose, we can even announce to the caller where they are in queue!
As your callers are waiting in queue to speak with you, you can provide them with a brief description of your products or services, or maybe tell them about a special promotion! This is a great opportunity to take advantage of the personalized on-hold music. If you choose not to do that, your callers will be placed on-hold with music. You have the control to set the maximum hold time for the callers in queue as well as enable whether you want the callers on-hold to automatically hear their current position in the queue.
In addition, when your logged into WebLINK, you can view the status of your call queue list in real-time, with the ability to view the arrival time, phone number and call ID of each caller. Each mailbox gets it's own unique call queue and customized settings.

Transfer Existing Toll-Free Number
If you already have a toll-free number, you can transfer it to use with our feature-rich services. The process is simple. When ordering, select the transfer option. We'll email you a Responsible Organization (resporg) form that you sign and send back to us. Then let us take care of the rest.
While the transfer is being completed, we provide you with a temporary toll-free number so you may begin setting up your system settings before your existing toll-free number is transferred to us. This allows the transfer of your existing toll-free number to be completely seamless. The process usually takes 4-7 business days, depending on your current provider.

True 800 Numbers
To many, having a toll-free number means having an "800" number. There are several toll-free prefixes (i.e. 888, 877 & 866), but many prefer having a true "800" number because it's immediately recognized as toll-free by callers and it also symbolizes a more prestigious image on a business card, letterhead or advertisement.
Our True 800 number option will ensure that you'll receive a randomly generated 800 number when your system is setup. You can not choose your number with this option, this just secures that the random toll-free number generated will have an 800 prefix.

Vanity Toll-Free Numbers
A vanity number can greatly improve your marketing results by making your number that much easier to remember. Vanity numbers can be secured for you, based on their availability. We can search for as many numbers as you'd like until we find a perfect match for you! We can search availability in all toll-free prefixes (i.e. 800, 888, 877, and 866).

Name & Address Capture
We capture the telephone number of every call into your system, even if the number is blocked! For an additional value to our already powerful Automatic Number Identification (ANI) call capture technology we can also capture the name and address of the caller. You can conveniently access the name and address information through our web-based control panel anytime.
The pricing for this service is based on blocks of successful lookups. Unlike other features, this is not a monthly charge. The service can be added to automatically renew after it successfully captures your block of lookups or to expire once the successful lookups have been utilized.
