Block Pay Phone Calls
You can now block all incoming calls placed from pay phones to your toll-free number. When a call is made from a pay phone to a toll-free number a 54ยข surcharge is incurred, mandated by the FCC. To protect you from this surcharge, we enable you with the option to not accept any calls coming from a pay phone. This feature can easily be setup for you by calling our support care team and letting them know you want Pay Phone Blocking enabled.
To activate this feature, you'll need to contact our friendly customer care department after your system has been setup.

Immediate Call Forwarding
This feature connects your caller with you without them having to go through a recording of options first. If you're not available, it then takes your customer back to voicemail where they can leave you a voicemail message.

Additional Toll-Free Numbers
Add additional toll-free numbers to your voice system at anytime. Additional toll-free numbers are randomly generated. If you would like to choose a specific number, see Vanity Numbers.

Account On-Hold
Sometimes start-ups run into delays and need to put their business activities on-hold. With our Account On-Hold feature, you won't need to worry about losing your toll-free number or racking up toll charges while business is idle. Simple request that your account be placed on-hold and we'll disable your toll-free number until your ready to attend to business again.

Multiple Main Menus
Our multiple main menu feature allows you to purchase one voice system, but gives you the ability to have different initial greetings that callers hear when they dial your toll-free number. Each main menu comes with an additional toll-free number and there is a maximum of 3 main menus that can be added to any one voice system. The initial greeting that is played is based on what toll-free number is dialed.

Prompt for Name/Number Before Fax
This feature is used alongside Fax-on-Demand. It prompts a caller for their name and number before sending them their requested fax back document. This is a great way to keep track of all your prospects who are requesting additional information!

Message Confirmation
This feature gives your caller the option to review their voicemail message before making it final.

Pin Protection Mailboxes
Any of your mailboxes can be pin protected, meaning the recording in the mailbox would only be able to be accessed by individuals who had the pin number.

Toll-Free Directory Assistance Listing
Add your newly obtained toll-free number to the national toll-free number directory assistance database. Directory Assistance for toll-free numbers is (800) 555-1212 and your toll-free number and business information can be added to this service.

Time of Day Greeting
This feature will allow you to greet your customer with, "Good Morning", "Good Afternoon", or "Good Evening," depending on what time of day it is. This is a great personal touch for your system!

Extensions w/ Non-Standard Digits
All mailbox extensions are pre-assigned to ensure that the extension digits do not interfere with predefined system settings. If you wish to customize your mailbox extensions, more than likely we can accommodate it by customizing it specifically for your system.

Area Code Routing
Have calls routed to specific mailboxes automatically based on the caller's area code. This feature works great for national support or sales systems where you want to make sure the rep dealing with a caller is based in the same geographic area as the caller.

External Mailbox Rotation
This allows callers to be rotated between a pool of toll-free numbers that are active on our service. This is a great way to distribute leads in a co-op situation! Each individual will have their own toll-free number for their own leads, but they could also have their number put in the pool where they will get leads from the co-op!

Table Lookup
Allows caller to input important demographic or account details so that the correct action may be performed. For example, a customer might put in their ZIP Code in order to be transferred to the correct representative. In short, if you can think of it, we can do it.

Digit Capture
This feature allows your caller to enter information using their touchtone keypad. These digits are then captured and e-mailed to you along with the message. Dialed digits can also be viewable on WebLINK.
